Here’s one recipe:

Morning Brain Food

(Great for a good school or work day)

– 1 serving of Love and Peas
– 4-5 Strawberries or 1/2 banana

– Option: 1-2 Tbsp of Flax Oil
– Option: 1 Tbsp almond butter
Aromatherapy:
