Week 2 of my healthy program with Wakanna CBD Tea

As we go into week 2 of keeping steady with our CBD Tea and CBD Coffee our group is doing great! I feel good and less bloated. I’ve dropped 3.8 lbs and I am so pleased!

I also feel good from working out daily with Tiffany Rothe. She is my professional fitness trainer who comes to my house everyday via the internet. I am a part of her online fitness club. She is the most beautiful, positive and energetic woman I’ve ever seen. I hope to meet her one day in person, because I feel like we are already best friends in my head. LOL

So what has changed in my life since I’ve joined the men and women who are trying out Wakanna’s new CBD Tea and Coffee? Keep in mind, it will be officially released at our conference in Las Vegas in April 2020.

This is what has changed in my life:

  1. I am not snacking all the time on bad, sugary foods or salty chips. I snack 2 or 3 times a day on healthy protein snacks like almonds or walnuts.
  1. I do try to get up and workout everyday, 6 days a week. Thanks to Tiffany Rothe I can workout at home.
  1. I prep my meals better to make sure I’m eating healthy meals.
  1. I eat 6 times a day to keep my metabolism revved up.

So, stay tuned to find out the results of my lifestyle changes and drinking my CBD Tea by Wakanna CBD Products. I will continue to blog daily for the rest of the month.
