It was another busy week for me, but at the end of the week as I reflect what makes me feel happy and rewardedĀ – I thinkĀ how my clients told me “that was an awesome massage.” or

“I feel so much better.”

Those repliesĀ makes it all worth wild. It is very rewarding to help people and I love being in a calm and relaxing environment of a spa. I am working hard to find ways to make my private spa a successful business. I am always thinking of ways to re-invent myself. I started off in natural health promoting Nature Sunshine Products and as a Health blogger, posting blogs and writing online articles. So, when someone comes across my health information and find it useful that excites me too. This week I got an email from a family who found me online seeking help for a teen dealing with Sickle Cell. It was a topic I was just discussing online with my mentor Medina Nance. She posted interesting information on Sickle Cell, on how it actually helps people in Africa protect themselves from Malaria! People with Sickle Cell can’t contract Malaria. She explained how people in Africa know how to manage their Sickle Cell with their diets, but doing Malaria season they allow their Sickle cell to surface to battle the Malaria. This reveals that Sickle Cell can be managed with diet, supplements and lifestyle.

In an article I wrote a few years back I shared different herbal supplements that has been helpful in dealing with this painful condition.

So as I continue to establish a successful private massage and health consulting practice locally in Chicago’s south suburbs I am glad my information can reach people around the world. Thank God for the internet.

Also, remember, beyond healthy lifestyle and herbal supplements PRAYER changes things. Sisters sometimes gather together to pray, fast and read our bibles and I thank God for that knowledge also. So, remember PRAY!

I hope everyone reading this has a blessed and peaceful Sabbath and wonderful weekend!
