TGIF Friday Health tip – Brain food

It’s Friday baby! Yes! We love the weekend, but let’s try to stick to our healthy lifestyles. I picked up some ingredients for a healthy smoothie to prepare for the weekend. My family loves smoothies and I can add great ingredients like:

– blueberries

– strawberries

– flaxseed oil
