DAY 5

I’ve been blogging for several years now and I’ve met some other cool folks who have been inspirational and supportive. We’ve networked together. I am happy I met Luvvie who inspired me to do this month long daily blog post. I have been interviewed at Examiner.com by Tina Ranieri, a passionate writer on health and wellness. She was among the different interviews I’ve had the opportunity to do. I even did my own healthy blog talk radio show for a while and had the chance to interview many interesting people at Mom’s Healthy Radio show, at Blogtalk radio. My blog; Motherknowsbest.net received an award in 2009 by the Black Weblog Awards for the best Health and Wellness blog. I am the Holistic Examiner and Spa Treatments Examiner for Examiner.com. People have contacted me through email, Facebook, Twitter and Linkedin.  I have also received calls from some of the YouTubes I posted and I have gained clients from all over the world, from the UK, Hawaii and all over the U.S. This has really helped my business as a Manager for Nature Sunshine Products, promoting the top quality herbal supplements they have. Some of the top issues people contacted for include:

– Lupus
– Herpes
– Sickle Cell
– ADD/ADHD
– Diabetes
– Erectile Dysfunction
– Hot Flashes
– Anxiety
– Weight loss
and many women have contacted me to learn the natural program to rid Fibroids and Cysts.

I thank God I can offer natural solutions and reach so many people through the web. I continue to Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, Pinterest, Linkedin and use other social media avenues regularly. Plus, now that I have added Massage Therapy to my services. I can use social media to promote my Massage therapy, Aromatherapy, Body Wraps and Body Scrubs services.

I also offer the Zyto Compass Scan that reads the body through biofeedback. I got a few calls from people seeking a person in the Chicago area that offers this scan.

People asked me how have I been able to do all of this. Some encouraged me to teach them how to use social networking for their businesses. I will be holding my first workshop on How to Build your Business online with Social Media this Thursday at my new location in Homewood. A few spaces are still available to anyone who wants to attend. Contact me at: momsherbs@gmail.com to hold a spot. You can also add your name to the list for future workshops, locally in Homewood, Illinois and future online webinars.

I will continue to post daily on my blog post for the rest of August for the #31WriteNow challenge, so stay tuned. I will post more on social networking and health. Subscribe to my blog if you haven’t already at the right hand, top corner of the blog.

Peace,
Marguerite
