As we go into another week stop by my Chicago Holistic Examiner article about Energy drinks and how they are damaging to your teeth. This includes Red Bull and even sports drinks.


Energy drinks bad for teeth, go natural

News reports announced how energy drinks are damaging to your teeth with the exposure to acid. Study proves that the acid in energy and sports drinks cause some irreversible damage to teeth. A study published by the General Dentistry found that energy and sports drinks contain so much acid that they start destroying teeth after only five days of consistent use. I also had to write about the New Jersey mom in my Chicago Spa Treatments Examiner. She was brought up the topic of people who suffer from body dysmorphic disorders, where they are never satisfied with their appearance.



NJ mom stirs up topic of tanning addiction

The appearance of the New Jersey mom Patricia Krentcil accused of tanning her 5-year-old daughter has people questioning is this woman addicted to tanning. Reports say she tans 20 times a month. The 44-year-old woman looks extremely tanned and has gained national attention with the recent news report that she was accused of taking her fair skinned young daughter to the tanning salon.  She has denied charges that she allowed her 5-year-old into a tanning booth.
