Motivation
Beachbody has been a motivation to me lately. Everybody on twitter is talking about it. Even celebrities have been twiting about the fitness program P90X, from P. Diddy, to Ashton Kutcher and Demi Moore. On youtube Cheryl Crow, at the 51st annual Grammy Awards talked about how she works out to Tony Horton’s P90X and she looks hot. I am so fired up to stick with my fitness program. I am doing Slim in 6 right now. It’s great and I am getting results. I am planning to try the NEW Shakeology healthy meal replacement drink that Beachbody has just released to boost my fitness program. Plus, for anyone looking for a good business opportunity Beachbody is an awesome company to be a part of and I am excited to be a Team Beachbody coach along with my Health consulting business. It is a wonderful asset to my business because fitness is on everyone’s mind, especially with spring coming so soon.
Beachbody just held their Dream Extreme Summit in Hollywood and after checking out the video of it I was blown away. Sorry I missed it. I won’t miss the next one.
