I have been very busy lately, with job, working my own business, preparing my 3 young sons for back-to-school, supporting my daughter, a recent grad trying to adjust to the work force, attending meetings, teleconferences, donating time with my church and of course trying to fit some time in with the hubby. My first couple of weeks of shakeology + more

This past week was nice. I took a little R and R. I have been enjoying my Chocolate shakeology. I just add a scoop in some almond or rice milk and shake it up in my shaker then add a few ice cubes, delicious. I like the way it curbs my appetite. Spring time is trying to peek in Chicago. We had a few days of 70 degree weather and I was able to enjoy it with the family. My 12 year son took a beautiful photo with his new gadget he got for his birthday, a Nintendo DS i. I love this time of year, seeing the buds appear.
I was excited to see Ashton Kutcher gain the title “King of Twitter!” That was a blast. (watch the clip of Ashton celebrating a million followers on twitter ).
