With my healthy blog I am able to continue to spread the word on the wonderful world of herbs, God’s forgotten foods. Before blogging and social networking was big top herbalists in the Chicago area promoted the benefits of herbs through workshops, classes and on local radio and TV shows. The late Dr. Beverly Nicholson was a master herbalist who shared the benefits of the 90 day colon cleanse which we still call the “GRANDDADDY” of herbal colon cleanses. This blend of herbal products has helped many people rid various health disorders. Another Master Herbalist, Medina J. Nance is known throughout the Chicago area with her own TV show and she has an amazing testimony on how she was able to reverse all signs of Lupus naturally with colon cleansing, healthy lifestyle and other herbal supplements. She has also been able to help many people rid disorders from fibroid tumors to avoiding kidney transplants through herbal programs.
I have been inspired to share all these amazing testimonies through my blogs and on social networks to let people know herbs like Pau d’ arco help rid eczema. Children can been able to change their diet and take herbal supplements like Focus Attention with ginko and other herbal blends to help ADD and for brain health.
I want to reach out to communities suffering from hypertension, diabetes, strokes, ADD/ADHD, allergies and asthma and more and share the fact that for every disease there is a natural herbal alternative. Moms and Dads come to me for information on vaccinations when making the choice to get their children immunized or not. We as the parents do have a choice and I am glad to provide any information that will help parents in making their decision. My advice is to do the research for yourself, breast feed for natural immune builders and keep your babies on healthy diet, herbal vitamins, minerals and supplements and lots of love.

I love the study of herbs. On my latest Blog Talk Radio show I talk about how I got into the business of herbs and promoting herbal products. ADHD and the side effects of the drugs for this condition started as a twitter post then I got into a discussion on facebook with one friend who treats many, many children for ADHD and she expressed her views on the importance of the medications for ADHD in the treatment of it.
